Directions
Traffic will be directed using signs provided by the
RAC. It is intended that spectator traffic will be directed
toward the main event car park at West Park. Traffic will
be directed as follows:
From the North West (Chichester)
Signs will be placed on the A27 Chichester bi-pass directing
traffic down the A259. At the Royal Oak Public House, North
Bersted, vehicles will be directed east along Chalcroft
Lane and then south down West Meads Drive and Aldwick Road.
To get to West Park, traffic will be directed down Silverston
Avenue.
From the East (Felpham)
Traffic approaching Hotham Park roundabout will be directed
west along Upper Bognor Road to the large roundabout at
the intersection of the A29. Vehicles will then be directed
along the Chichester road and then south bound down Hawthorn
Road and Hawthorn Drive before merging with other event
traffic at the Aldwick Road roundabout.
From the North (Shripney)
Traffic on the Shripney Road (A29) will arrive at the large
roundabout at the intersection of A259 and will be directed
to West park as above.
Coaches and disabled badge holders will be directed to the Esplanade.
Coaches will drop their passengers at the Bandstand and
the first six coaches will be parked on the Esplanade. Disabled
badge holders will also be directed to the Esplanade and
allowed to park on the northern side of the road.
Car Parking:
Limited free parking may be available at The Regis Centre Car Park over the weekend. Pay & Display Parking is available at Lyons Street, Hothampton (Queensway), Fitzleet (Multi-Storey) and West Park, Aldwick. For Parking information please see:
